We provide outpatient mental health care, including therapy and psychiatric medication management. Our team supports emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs with care that is personalized, collaborative, and compassionate.

We work with individuals and families across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. We commonly support concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood challenges, trauma, stress, life transitions, and emotional regulation difficulties.

Therapy sessions typically last 30–60 minutes, depending on the type of session. Medication management appointments vary based on whether it is an initial evaluation or a follow-up visit.

A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits.How it works:
You pay for your session at the time of service.
We provide a superbill upon request.
You submit the superbill to your insurance company.
Your insurance may reimburse you directly based on your plan.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific benefits.

Yes. We accept BCBS plans and Medicaid plans. Coverage and benefits vary by plan, so we recommend confirming your benefits with your insurance provider prior to your first appointment.
If we are out of network with your plan, we can provide superbills for possible reimbursement.

Yes. We offer therapy services as well as psychiatric medication management. Some clients engage in one service, while others benefit from a combination of both. Care is always individualized and coordinated when appropriate.

Yes. We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, depending on provider availability and your preference.

Initial Intake (60 min): $220
Individual Therapy (16–37 min): $80
Individual Therapy (38–52 min): $150
Extended Individual Therapy (53+ min): $180 (private pay only)
Crisis Session (60 min): $200
Session Without Client Present (26+ min): $150
Couples / Family Therapy (26+ min): $200
Group Therapy: $60
Additional interactive complexity services may apply when clinically appropriate.
Medication Management / Psychiatry Services
Psychiatric Intake: $350
Medication Follow-Up (Low Complexity, 15–25 min): $125
Medication Follow-Up (Moderate Complexity, 25–40 min): $140
Medication Follow-Up (High Complexity, 40–60 min): $165

We understand that life happens. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee.

Yes. All services are confidential and follow HIPAA guidelines, with limited exceptions required by law, such as safety concerns.
